Heather serves as Senior Counsel at AREP, where she provides legal guidance and support in all aspects of real estate transactions and operations.

She brings over 25 years of experience in real estate law, specializing in areas such as structured finance, foreclosure, loan portfolio sales, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions. Heather is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the District of Columbia Bar, and the John Carroll Society's Red Mass Committee.

Prior to joining PowerHouse, Heather worked at Pacific Western Bank as Associate General Counsel. In this role, she was the primary internal counsel to the bank’s Construction Real Estate Group. Notable achievements include serving as the primary internal counsel for the sale of a $5.7billion construction loan portfolio and managing a $3.8 billion commercial real estate portfolio.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
