As Director of Data Center Development & Construction, Kevin oversees and directs project development tasks for new hyperscale builds within his portfolio, including budgets, scheduling, document management, consultant relationships, contractor management, and overall project delivery.

Kevin is an accomplished senior project manager with 11 years of experience managing large-scale datacenter construction projects and 17 more years managing other commercial construction projects such as office, retail, and warehouse spaces. Kevin's strong leadership skills are evident in his close collaboration with the PowerHouse Data Centers development and construction teams.

Before joining PowerHouse, Kevin worked at Digital Realty, where he was responsible for colocation-based data center projects from conception to completion. During his time at Digital Realty, he managed projects ranging from 10,000 SF suite buildouts to over 1,000,000 SF shell buildings and combined suite builds.

Much of Kevin’s hard-earned expertise was developed early in his career where he served as project captain for Newbury Design Associates. After earning his Bachelors in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, it was at this design firm that he learned to master site drawings, specifications, and on-site field surveys, and also served as the CADD system manager for a 14-person office. Kevin's educational background has been instrumental in his professional journey, and he now utilizes this robust experience and exceptional expertise on the PowerHouse team, where he oversees and coordinates best-in-class hyperscale facilities across the country.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
