Patrick brings over 30 years of development, planning, and construction experience to PowerHouse. In his capacity as senior vice president, Patrick leads Powerhouse's site selection, due diligence, and master planning while also guiding transaction structuring and property closings. Patrick has managed approximately $2 billion worth of construction over his career, including several of AREP’s most technically complex mission-critical projects, including PowerHouse ABX-1 data center, the US Customs & Border Protection headquarters, and the installation of over seventy miles of network infrastructure at Quantum Park - all located in the world’s leading data center market, Ashburn, Virginia.

Prior to joining AREP, Patrick founded Square Peg Partners, LLC, a development & construction consulting firm offering owner representation and management services to federal agencies, healthcare, and private sector clients, worldwide. In this capacity Patrick provided master planning, design, and program management for Great Wolf Resorts in the US and Asia and program management of seven research and secure lab facilities for Labcorp (previously Covance) across Asia, Switzerland, and the U.S.

Before that, Patrick served as Senior Manager for nationally ranked owner representation firm Himes Associates, where he focused on mission-critical, federal, and institutional projects. During his tenure Patrick was instrumental in the planning, development, and successful project execution for Federal Agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, and clients including Discover Communications and the American Red Cross.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and was a member of the Town of Clifton Planning Commission for over ten years.
