Vardahn is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at PowerHouse Data Centers, where he assists in leading the strategy, operations, and financial performance of the company’s growing portfolio. He manages the entire lifecycle of digital infrastructure assets, from acquisition to implementation, ensuring long-term value and success.
With over 12 years of experience in digital infrastructure and smart city investments, Vardahn previously served as Vice President of Investments at JBG SMITH. There, he oversaw an $85 million portfolio that included fiber, data centers, small cells, and spectrum assets. He played a key role in major transactions, such as a $3.5 million fiber acquisition and a $15million edge data center development. Earlier in his career, he was a lead consultant at Accenture, working on strategy and operations for digital infrastructure projects across public and private sectors.
Vardahn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Science degree in Smart Cities and Urban Analytics from University College London, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT.
