Jeff serves as a Senior Vice President of Development & Construction at PowerHouse Data Centers, where he oversees growth initiatives for data center development across Texas and the Central and Western U.S. He brings over 30 years of robust real estate experience, with a proven history of delivering large-scale, complex projects across sectors like data centers, healthcare, and hospitality.

Before joining PowerHouse, Jeff played a pivotal role in expanding DPR Construction’s Dallas-Fort Worth office into a$750 million annual operation, managing high-profile projects such as the Perot Museum, Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel, and The Union. He has delivered critical data center builds for clients like Meta, Equinix, and Digital Realty, and is known for his strategic leadership and talent for building effective teams.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and has actively contributed to the Texas Real Estate Council.
