Minhaz serves as a Director of Development & Construction at PowerHouse Data Centers, where he is responsible for overseeing the construction and development of state-of-the-art data center facilities within his portfolio.

Minhaz joins the team with over 9 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5 years specifically focused on data center projects, infrastructure, and enhancements. Before joining PowerHouse, Minhaz held key leadership roles at QTS as a Development Program Manager and at AWS as a Construction Program Manager. His earlier experience includes positions at AdvanSix, Sealeze Power, and Nalco.

Minhaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering/Paper Science Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
