Caroline supports all aspects of PowerHouse’s portfolio development, from land site investment and acquisition to business plan implementation and leasing. Regarded as an accomplished practitioner who effectively manages operational, financial, and legal relationships, Caroline brings over five years of multidisciplined data center industry experience, including extensive colocation leasing, site acquisition, and investment sales expertise.

Recognized by the Northern Virginia Technology Council as the 2024 Data Center Rising Star, Caroline’s notable career achievements include negotiating 50 MW of colocation leases across Canada, US, and Latin America, conducting national site selection surveys on over 3,000 acres of land, and closing over $200M in land deals. She also served as global project manager for IBM’s yearlong infrastructure services demerger, successfully handling over 200 data center lease transfers across 30+ countries.

Before joining AREP, Caroline worked in CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group advisory team, where she developed a deep understanding of primary data center markets and market dynamics, focusing on land/site acquisitions, negotiation and transaction management, capital markets, and investment sales. Caroline is actively involved in several industry associations, serving on the board of Data Center Young Professionals of DMV and the Association for Computer Operations Management (AFCOM) internship committee. She is also a member of Women in Mission Critical Operations (WiMCO) and enjoys volunteering with 7x24 Exchange.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
